Your child's privacy

To run EarthBound, we collect your child's first name and age and your contact details. During the programme, we ask for two short videos of your child: one in Week 1 and one in Week 8.

Who sees the videos: Only the EarthBound facilitators. Weekly photos or 10-second clips that your child chooses to share are seen only by the families in your cohort (8–10 families) and the facilitators.
Where they are stored: In a private folder that only the facilitators can access.
When they are deleted: Within 30 days after the programme ends. Your copy of the side-by-side video stays with you.
Marketing: We will never use your child's name, photo, voice or video in any advertising or social media without asking you separately, in writing, for that specific use. You can say no and your child's place is not affected.
